Products

As many of our products are made from natural flower petals, variations in colour, size, texture, and appearance may occur. Product images are provided as a guide only, and slight differences between batches are considered normal.

We make every effort to display our products accurately; however, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs when your order has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion and will provide a refund where payment has already been received.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confetti Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability for any claim relating to a product purchased from us is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Confetti Couture® is a registered trademark and is protected under Australian intellectual property laws. Certain product and blend names are currently subject to trademark applications and are protected to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All trademarks, product names, blend names, branding, logos, images, text, and website content remain the exclusive property of Confetti Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, imitated, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
