Returns Policy

If you wish to return your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
